OK...... Maybe not BUT, maybe the below will be of some assistance.
Bing that it is impossible for the staff of Orca Dynamics to commence the tax changes for our entire customer base in on evening, we ask that you please at least attempt to follow the listed instructions prior to calling us for support. Orca Dynamics will be offering assistance to customers under service contract at no additional charge however for us to actually make the program changes, additional charges will apply. We can not schedule taxes changes in advance. End of day procedures must be complete prior to changing the tax rates. We are not taking reservations for tax changes and will only be assisting clients on a call by call basis after 7AM on July 1st, 2010.
